Erin & Nate

We are a young couple on working holiday visas from the US. We plan to continue traveling through New Zealand in our van until August 2025 doing a combination of paid work, wwoofing, housesitting, and of course some off-the-grid adventures! Before we left the states, Erin was in graduate school obtaining her Master's degree in environmental studies and Nate was working as a medical receptionist at an ophthalmologist office. We met three years ago in the mountains of Colorado working on hiking trails, so we both have a passion for outdoor recreation which definitely helped to draw us to beautiful Aotearoa. Between the two of us, we have experience in hospitality, food service, customer service, maintenance, general manual labor, farming and gardening, and more. Additionally, Nate has plenty of experience with pets, including hand-feeding kittens and taking care of wounded animals. We would be honored to care for your house (and pets, if you have them) and explore the place you call home!
