I am experienced in housesitting/pet-care (including pets with special or medical needs) and can provide excellent references. I believe in home as a 'sanctuary', so am quiet-living, a non-smoker, & keep the house clean & fresh for your return.
I'm familiar with rural living, and am mindful of infrastructure & resources. Some experience with solar systems.

Marsha is a home owners dream sitter. She communicates well, is very professional and respectful. She sent me photos of my very happy cat while I was away, took care of some of my washing and left the house spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or have her back.

This was the first time I had used this site so was not sure what to expect.What a lovely & caring lady.
Kept us updated regularly on how Jack was behaving (our cat), sent photos and asked questions if unsure about anything.

Marsha was the perfect sitter for our very timid, elderly cat, who required regular medication and extra care. Meer was well looked after and content. In addition Marsha cared for our budgie, tropical fish, and pot-plants. All were well looked after and Marsha communicated regularly. Thankyou so much it was such a pleasure to come home and everything was tidy and well cared for. We would have no hesitation using Marsha again and would highly recommend her.
It was such a pleasure to have Marsha looking after my property & animals (chooks, cows & goats) for the week. Tigger, my cat, absolutely loved Marsha's company too & it was lovely to receive updates/photos. 😻 I came home to a welcoming fire. Marsha was an excellent sitter for our two fur babies. She communicated and sent pictures throughout our two weeks away. We came home to a very tidy house and a happy looking garden.

We enjoyed meeting Marsha and having her stay and look after our two dogs. Marsha left our home very clean and tidy and Meg and Kahu were happy. I could not recommend Marsha more highly as she was outstanding. She came to meet us and our fur babies prior to the sit. She is professional punctual reliable, trustworthy and honest and has excellent communication. She kept us updated with pictures and messages about the babies while we were away and we could see they were relaxed happy and well cared for. We came home to happy babies and would ask Marsha to housesit for us again in a heartbeat.

Marsha was a first rate house sitter for our home, pets and garden plants that she cared for meticulously. We returned home to a clean and tidy home with happy pets and she even got us milk to make a cup of tea on our return. Marsha is highly recommended by us and we will be booking her again in the future.
Marsha did a wonderful job of plant-sitting on our recent trip away for a week at a critical time of year for plants. She communicated effectively from the onset and asked questions as needed. Plants including indoor plants, potted plants, some new plantings in the orchard and seedlings in the greenhouse all thrived and we appreciate Marsha's attention to them and to her taking good care of our home in our absence. I had initially booked Marsha back in April but had to cancel due to covid. Was able to rebook her in November Marsha was great, communicated well and left house lovely and tidy. She went out her way to do more than asked for. Fur babies were well looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marsha or having her back to house sit again

Marsha did an absolutely wonderful job of looking after our house and our three cats. She kept us informed on a regular basis on the health and well-being of our furry friends along with lots of photos. If she was unsure of something to do with the house she did not hesitate to ask. We were able to enjoy our holiday in the knowledge that everything at home was OK. We would use her as a house/pet sitter again if the opportunity arises.
Marsha looked after our house ,one chook and two miniture horses and kept me up to date with progress reports .The mini's had the best of care and attention and Marsha was very careful with their feeding habits as she knew they are prone to weight problems .I have no hesitation in recommending her for any future house /miniture horse sitting .
Absolutely fabulous!!! I can't recommend Marsha highly enough. Wonderful care and attention to our dog Monty, house in better shape when we returned than when we left, and not only did she drop us off and pick us up from the airport, she had also cooked a wonderful meal for our return. A beautiful spirit who we would love to have sit for us again.
Thank you Marsha for doing a great job looking after our house and naughty little Jack Russell - Hugo for 7 weeks. You took great care of him and put up with all his funny little quirks. Also keeping us updated re his antics and including lovely photos. The house was lovely and clean on our return and everything left as it should be. Marsha did an amazing job of caring for our two cats who need quite a bit of extra care and medication. Marsha sent us regular photos and updates so we were able to completely relax knowing our cats were being so well looked after! We would highly recommend Marsha to others.
Marsha was efficient and organised from the very first time we meet. With her experience of house sitting, Marsha had a list of important things for her to know and helped me feel comfortable and confident to leave my home and dog in her care. Marsha did not let me down. My dog was happy and well when I returned and Marsha even offered to pick me up from the airport, very thoughtful, considerate and kind house sitter.
Marsha was our June sitter! She arrived as scheduled, and offered to drop me off to the airport.
This was really appreciated. We had regular updates about Rusty. We enjoyed update photos depicting his take over of books, laps and chairs, then the story where there was the necessity to share the bed.
Rusty has been well cared for. Our home is spic and span. Marsha collected me from the airport, and again her thoughtfulness in doing so was extremely appreciated.
