We are both US citizens with Permanent Resident NZ Visas. We're in the US now, but will be in NZ during February of 2025.

Our house and farm sitting experience includes:
1. Two weeks house and dog sitting in Montana. We were responsible for a 12-year old, and lovely, Golden Retriever, performed general housekeeping, and maintained the yard.

2. Two separate, one month terms farm sitting in Canterbury and an additional week and half. We cared for approximately 300 goats, 100 sheep/lambs, farm dogs, chickens, etc. We also did general housework, repaired fences, resolved any emergent issues with the animals, etc.

3. Two short term stints (a few days both times), minding a larger lifestyle block with horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, and a cat. Again, we provided daily care for the animals, worked in the garden, cut wood, etc.

Charlotte is a retired emergency room nurse and I've worked technology and cybersecurity for about 25 years. We have a small (one hectare) lifestyle block in the US and have done plenty of painting, gardening, yard work, minor house/building repairs, roofing, fencing, wood cutting, bee keeping, etc. We have also both worked as wildland (bush) firefighters and have experience using chainsaws to clear brush, fell trees, and cut firewood.

We have 7m long motor home we'll need to park at the site where we are house or farm sitting.
