Hi, I'm Jo - an experienced house and pet-sitter with a background in marketing and illustration. I work a hybrid schedule, balancing office and remote work. As a NZ local with my own transport, I'm familiar with most cities.

I'm a quiet, respectful sitter who treats your home and pets as my own. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate various sitting needs, from routine stays to last-minute requests.

You can expect clear communication, regular updates, and a clean home upon your return. I'm prepared to handle emergencies and have experience with vet visits and local authorities.

Christmas / New Year period
I'm yet to make firm plans at this stage for the holiday period but hope to have a clearer view of availability by October.

We met Jo before she house sat for us which was really nice we could do that and she could also meet our animals. Jo did a tremendous job looking after our house and animals while we were away which included sending some pics and messages so we knew all was well - Highly recommend Jo

Jo was a wonderful sitter for Rosie. She looked after her very well, and kept a careful eye on her due to a sore leg. Jo was excellent to communicate with, both before and during the sit. She sent pics and updates on Rosie during our time away. The house was extremely tidy when we got home. I’d definitely recommend Jo, and would be happy having her to sit Rosie again any time.

Jo cared for my house for eight weeks while I was away overseas. She communicated with me while I was away, attended to my mail and dealt with other minor issues. She left the house clean and tidy.

Jo was amazing to deal with and looked after our home, three cats and myriad pot plants while we were away, superbly. We felt comfortable and confident leaving our house and pets in Jo’s care.

Jo has given our furry daughter much love and care when she was house sitting for us, we've notice that our dog Ayla misses the walks with Jo because she always come to us at certain times of the day wanting to go out as she is used to it. The house was clean and well look after. Jo was great keeping us updated through photos and messages, Thanks again Jo for the love and attention you gave Ayla.

Jo looked after our home and two cats while we were away for 3 weeks. Jo took great care of our cats, sending us regular updates and photos of them throughout our trip. We came home to a lovely clean house, two happy cats, and even milk in the fridge for a cuppa after the long flight! It was a lovely little touch to come home to. Would definitely recommend Jo!
