Hello! My name is Pierre.
I am an experienced solo house sitter, non-smoker, and animal lover. For the past 12 months, I have been house-sitting full-time in the Auckland and Northland regions.
I work remotely as a Senior IT Project Manager for Downer Australia and New Zealand, which allows me to seamlessly integrate house-sitting with my career.
House-sitting is the perfect blend of my passions for travel and animals. It enables me to explore new places while caring for beloved pets.
I have extensive experience with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and goats.

Pierre was an outstanding house/dog sitter. From our first communication with Pierre my husband and I felt he was the right person for our needs. On arriving home after two months we found the house exactly the way I had left it for Pierre - he even kindly attended to our lawns which was an added bonus - along with the beautiful flowers he left us. Our active dog was very well cared for. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pierre.

Pierre did a wonderful job at looking after our beloved dogs, cat and chickens! The dogs were happy right from the start which is unusual for our older and sometimes sulky boy. Im pretty sure they didn't miss us at all in fact! They had daily walks and our cat was very settled too. The house was tidy and clean when we got back. Pierre was very attentive and careful with his care of both the house and my two cats. He left the house as if he was never there and kept in touch during the sit to let me know how the cats were getting, particularly with the timid little Miss Nyx who needs a bit of patience. Pierre was also great with checking on Miss Nyx who had an eye injury at the time. Both cats were very happy when i artived home and i coukd see Pierre was very caring and attentive to both cats, as well as the house.
