Hi there

My name is Megan. I’m a local New Zealander and grew up on a lifestyle block with sheep, cats, dogs and guinea pigs. I also enjoy gardening and spending time camping & hiking in our lovely NZ bush.

I have my own business, which is run mainly via Zoom so I have the ability to work from various locations. I’m looking for longer housesitting opportunities, 2 weeks - 2 months.

I would love the opportunity to look after your home and animals while you are away. My preference are cats (inside & outside), and outside dogs. I’m happy to feed other animals too (chickens/ducks, sheep, goats, and fish etc). Prefer no pigs.

Megan has a truly loving, caring and bubbly nature. We think she’s amazing… our cat, Rascal, thought the sun shone out of her!!!…. Possibly due to him being thoroughly spoilt?? Megan kept updating us with photos and texts of Rascal and it was so lovely seeing the bond between them. We would happily have Megan take care of our cat and home anytime!!… that goes for Rascal as well!!!! Thanks so much, Megan… we think anyone’s animals you look after are in for a very special time 😺😻

Megan has such a caring and bubbly personality and we think she’s amazing!! Our cats, lambs and chickens, were thoroughly spoiled. Megan kept updating us with photos and videos of our menagerie and it was lovely seeing them so well cared for. The house was spotless when we arrived home. We would happily have Megan take care of our animals and home anytime!!… Thanks so much, Megan…and Stripey Cat says meow, too :)

Even though we never meet Meagan our daughter meet her and told us that Megan was a lovely young lady. Megan kept us informed the whole trip and sent pictures of our two cats that was great. The house was just as we left it looks like Megan treated it as her own so we were very happy. We would have Meagan back to house sit in a heart beat. So we Highly recommend Megan for any future house sits. Leigh & Eddie Morgan.

Megan took great care of our cat and home while we were on holiday. Great communication,, photos of our pet sent when we were away, everything neat and tidy on our return. Would definitely recommend Megan to others.
