We are a British couple, travelling New Zealand on a working holiday visa. We are big animal lovers and experienced pet sitters, caring for many pets across Australia (while backpacking) and the UK.

I am typically working as a marine biologist or animal keeper/carer. I've cared for pretty much every species in my career, even otters, meerkats and penguins. I understand pets behaviour very well, and can supply all their needs whilst you are away.

Leon my husband is a landscape gardener, he usually takes care of the house duties at our sits. He is also kind and patient with all animals.

When pet sitting, we like to keep our owners updated with how their pets are doing for peace of mind. We are easy going and happy to work with any needs of your pets. Our photos show us and some of our previous pets that we have sat over the years.

Elise and Leon were lovely to have as house sitters. They spent time with our dogs, played and cuddled, and enjoyed the surrounding area where we live. We very much appreciated them taking the time to stay and look after our home and pets. They left everything clean and communicated very well up to, during, and after the stay. Elise and Leon are lovely people to have look after your home and pet. They were both very respectful of our home and our pooch absolutely loved their company. I will be asking them both to house and dog sit for us again when the opportunity arises. If you need easy going, trustworthy and communicative sitters don't go beyond these two.
