Ella & Payton

We have recently moved back to Auckland New Zealand, after travelling and living in Canada for the last year. Ella is originally from the UK and Payton is from the US. We don’t have pets of our own and so we love quality animal time. We appreciate organisation and routine, love to go for walks, and we’re looking to connect with other pet owners in our community.

We lived in Auckland for four years, where we pet sat for colleagues and friends. We first started using the Trusted Housesitter app when we moved to Vancouver last November and love the community and pet connection! We accumulated references and reviews through the app, which we are happy to share. Payton has also been working at an animal emergency hospital for the past 9 months.

We have cared for a range of pets, including cats and dogs, from puppies to oldies, as small as chihuahuas and as big as wolf hounds, with a variety of different needs. We have experience administering special diets, vitamins and medications, as well as basic grooming.

Whilst in New Zealand Payton lived and worked on a farm caring for heritage breed sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and some farm dogs.
With no animals of our own at the moment, we are avid plant mums, with extensive experience caring for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants.
