Hello,

We are Gina (45), Willow (my daughter aged 13) and Code (my son aged 11). We have completed dozens and dozens of house sits since mid 2016! We are a home-schooling (life learning) family so free to travel all year round.

I have been a house owner before and understand what it takes to keep a house & land maintained well. I am a house proud person, clean & tidy, and my two children have quiet, gentle & respectful personalities. We have looked after a huge variety of pets - dogs, cats, horses, turtles, pet mice & rats, gecko's., chooks, sheep, goats, horses, cows, alpacas, and variety of aviary birds.

I raise my two beautiful children on my own and I find holidaying very expensive. I'm keen on showing my children as much of New Zealand as possible. This is why we have become dedicated to house sitting and pet minding. It is a way for us to spend quality time together, caring for animals, and seeing New Zealand in a way that is affordable for us. I currently work part time online so I require internet, and this means I am often around during the day to keep your pets company. Kids are in bed by 8.30pm ish and that means I'm in for the night too, so your home and pets are always safe and secure in the evenings. I am comfortable looking after sick/injured animals and giving medication. I have a clear Police Check, ID verified, and excellent housesitting references. We require two bedrooms or more. We can bring our own linen, pillows and towels to house sits.

I have quiet hobbies consisting of walking, reading & writing, and I'm not the type to be holding loud parties while you are away! I am healthy, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, and am on no medications. I take pride in the homes I stay in, keeping them clean and tidy. My children are angels - seriously! They are very respectful of peoples homes and show every kindness towards animals, receiving tremendous pleasure from feeding and caring for animals big and small. We all love having pets sleeep with us on the bed if that's allowed, but will also keep to the house rules of keeping certain pets of furniture if that's the way the household is run.
