Hi there, I’m Anna Maria, an experienced pet sitter who LOVES this lifestyle! I took early retirement to have adventures and now I have a joy filled life taking good care of furry, fluffy and sometimes woolly pets. I have experience with cats, dogs, horses, birds, sheep, rabbits and goldfish!!

My promise is to love and care for your pets as much and as well as you do so that you can have a worry free holiday.

I have travelled this wide world house sitting with my friend Bryce and now I am house sitting solo in my home country, New Zealand. Your animals will now get my undivided attention, love and care.

I’m in my 50s, very active and I’m around during the day so your pets will never be lonely. I’ll follow your instructions to the limit and will send photos and updates as often as you’d like me to. I’m clean and tidy and will leave your home in the same condition that I found it.

I am ready and waiting to be the kind, fun auntie who swoops in with love and affection while the parents are away :)

Her regular communication, along with heartwarming updates and photos, made us feel reassured that everything was in good hands. However, there were a few aspects of the stay that could be improved. Anna & Bryce took absolutely amazing care of our cats while on holiday and allowed us to relax and not worry about our cats as they were in excellent hands. Anna would send me photos of the cats and tell me how they were. Anna & Bryce left our house in immaculate condition with nothing left to say they had even been there. Highly recommend and will be getting then back again 😊

We asked Anna and Bryce to house sit for us mainly to look after our busy and needy GSP dog and also our cat. When we headed off on our 2 week holiday we felt extremely confident that out cherished pets were in good hands. They messaged us on numerous occasions to let us know they had become quite attached to them which was great. We found Anna and Bryce to be reliable and trustworthy and would highly recommend them as house sitters.

Anna was wonderful to communicate with for the house sit process and we felt assured that she would take good care of our cats. They were highly amenable and flexible even when our dates had to change slightly. We would happily have them back for future house sits!

A bit disappointed. Lack of communication was a major problem. Apologies I had given the incorrect date we were coming home but there was probably 10 days of dog poo to pick up and dogs had no water. Oven was dirty and car had no petrol. Even though we came home a day early that was alot of work for them to leave to do on the last day.

Firstly, we returned the vehicle with as much petrol as it came with - less than quarter of a tank. Secondly, we used the oven once in 10 days just to heat food as there was no microwave.
