We come from a lifestyle block near Napier and while bringing up our family have enjoyed including a cat (Pikachu), foxie (Ruby), chickens, goat (Lucky), rabbit and sheep. We are both semi retired and enjoy volunteering for conservation organisations. As christians we volunteered working in Southeast Asia for ten years using my occupational therapy skills. We enjoy tramping and cycling. We are experienced housesitters and have made many friends both animal and human in both the North and South Island.

Joanna and Tony stayed in our home for 2 weeks and cared for our border collie Billie and old tabby cat Tillie who needs daily meds administered. I can’t thank Jo and Tony enough for every aspect of the sit. We came home to relaxed confident animals. Our lawns were mown and our house reset as we had left it.
