Good, pro-active communication and the offer to provide lifts to and from the airport was thoughtful and much appreciated. House was left clean and tidy and plants well cared for, although some kitchen items were left in the wrong place, necessitating a bit of searching when we returned.

We were so happy with Wil & Karen, they were wonderful cat/house sitters and I would happily have them again or recommend them on :) They sent update pics of our two happy cats and I even got a pic of my indoor pot plants thriving haha Wil dropped us off to the airport on arrival (with a baby in tow too!). Wil and his partner did a fabulous job as our housesitters, and we're so grateful for their care. Our cats were clearly very content when we came back home, we loved the regular photo updates and the house was CLEAN and tidy. Wil is very prompt and thoughtful in his communication. Will and Karen provided excellent care of our cats and our home while we were away for almost a month. One of our cats has special needs, and we were able to rest easy knowing Will was giving him his twice daily insulin injections. The house was clean on arrival, and they were really good at communication while away. We’d be happy to have them sit again anytime.

What a pleasure to get to know Karen and then have her look after our 11 month old puppy. Our labradoodle was exceptionally looked after. She loved all the attention and her daily walks. Karen sent us photos to keep us up to date with her adventures and if she had any questions her communication was clear and prompt. As soon as I met Karen I felt she would understand my 2 cats with whom I have a close interactive relationship. Both have suffered stress with 2 previous sitters so I was naturally apprehensive leaving them with another pet sitter. Karen absolutely put all of us at ease. The cats so enjoyed her company and care
