56, Semi Retired
Hi, we are Lou and Gary, a semi-retired couple. Our two passions in life have always been sharing our lives with animals and traveling the world. We can't think of a better way to see the world than enjoying the companionship of your furry friends while lovingly caring for them and your home.
About Lou; I grew up on a farm in New South Wales, Australia so I have always had pets and loved furry friends. I moved to NZ when I meet Gary on my OE in my youth. I left working at Air New Zealand in a management role in April 2019 after 20 years of commitment and contribution, in order to pursue this opportunity and experience of exploring the world.
About Gary: I was born in the UK and moved to New Zealand when I was 2 years old, when growing up I always had family dogs and cats. I have been in property management for 15 years so we understand the importance of respecting a home and taking on the responsibility of caring for someones loved pets, plants and home. I have recently sold my own business after many years of building relationships with property owners and tenants.
We come back to New Zealand, our home country. We love animals and we are in a period of our lives where we can fully commit to pet sitting.
We do have experience and are very flexible in order to accommodate your pet's routine. We become quite fond of all the pets that we sit for. You can be certain that your well loved fury family members will receive plenty of attention, exercise and cuddles while you are gone to ensure their routine will remain as normal as possible in your absence.
You can enjoy regular updates with pictures and stories about how they are doing. Of course your home, plants and garden will be looked after with the same attention to detail, allowing you to have a wonderful worry free holiday.
We are both very active and fit, and are non-smokers. We have our own transportation.
