We are Sofia and Valeriu, a young, active couple and non-smokers. We have been house- and pet-sitting since we arrived in NZ about 2 years ago and we feel lucky to call ourselves residents of this beautiful country.

We used to have our own pups and cats, and have taken care of many furry friends along the way. Whether it's cuddles, walks along the beach, or just ensuring the pets are well-fed and happy - we've got it sorted.

We are able to work remotely, which means we can spend most of our time at home, giving you extra security and keeping the routines of your pets in place.

Housesitting is such a wonderful way to explore this stunning country, and we are grateful to be trusted in your homes.

Sofia and Val were fabulous house and pet sitters! They looked after everything so well. They regularly communicated with us, and sent photos, including walking the dog, cuddling our pets and mowing the lawns! This was comforting and assured us that they were doing a great job. It made our time away all the more enjoyable knowing our dog and cat and home were in good hands with people we could trust. When we got home, we found everything in order. Sofia and Val looked after our Miniature Dachshund and Foxy while we were away for 10 nights and they were just amazing! The dogs were so well looked after, the communication was fantastic and we got regular updates and some awesome photos of the dogs living their best lives. On our return, the house was absolutely spotless and you could tell the dogs had been well loved. These guys were totally awesome. I would highly recommend and we would definitely love to have them back!

Sofia and Val are awesome! They house sat for us for 3 weeks, sending us photos of the cats every few days. Communication before, during and after were excellent. Upon our return, the house was beautifully tidy and the cats were very happy. I highly recommend them as sitters with zero hesitation.

If I could give Sofia ten stars I would! Sofia and her partner were so great. Sofia was very thorough, confirming details before our sit and then communicated with us everyday, with the most darling photos of our wee girl. Our house was spotless and well stocked when we returned. We will definitely invite them back!

Sofia and Val were the ideal house sitters for us. They clearly love animals and took great care of our dog. They took him on regular long walks and sent us regular updates. When we arrived home we were so impressed with how tidy our house was. Much tidier than how we left it. They were a lovely couple and is easy to chat to.
