Hi, we are Shauna and Amelia,

We are a backpacking couple from Ireland and England exploring Aotearoa in a campervan!

We love all animals and have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 fish at home who we miss dearly! So we are looking to help you out by loving and caring for your pets and home.

We are clean and tidy people who have been working and travelling in NZ since February. We have done multiple house sits and have been requested to come back! We are non smokers, very responsible and great communicators.

Our interests include surfing, skateboarding, walking/hiking and sea swimming. We love the outdoors and would have no problem walking pets in the rain if needed!

We promise to give your pets love, respect (and maybe a few treats) and to respect your home, leaving it as clean and tidy as you left it. We are more than happy to chat on the phone, video call or in person if distance allows to make sure everyone is comfortable with the arrangement.

We can't wait to meet you and your pets!

We had Shauna and Amelia look after our house and our dog Ralph over Christmas period. The communication from them was amazing right from the get go and this was our first time using this service. They Always promptly replied. Even when we were out of cell reception we got updates and photos sent to us. The house was clean when we arrived home and Ralph was happy as. I think he’s actually been a bit sad since they have left. We think he’s missing you both. They are such incredibly kind people ... MORE

Shauna amd Amelia were great house/petsitters. House was as we had left it and our dogs Boomer and Millie had a fab time with them, and had been well looked after. Boomer is on meds and Shauna and Amelia had no problem with giving him his daily tabs. We had a nice surprise waiting for us when we got back as Amelia had baked some muffins for us, which were delicious! They were great communicators and sent us some pics of the pets. Shauna and Amelia are both fantastic ladies. All my animals were well cared for and the house was kept clean and tidy. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Highly recommend Shauna and Amelia - from communication thru to care of house and Zeus they were great. Zeus loved them and my house was lovely and sparkly and they left me were some yummy cookies - awesome 😀
