Hello Petfamilies!
My name is Gloria, and I am so happy living permanently back in NZ. I love what I do! Pet and house-sitting up in Northland for the last 9 years (including 1 year of sitting all over the North Island)! My bookings, as with other sitters are gradually back to "normal" since a few of my pet-families have decided to rediscover NZ this time around! :) So if you'd like to talk about any upcoming sitting needs in my area should you plan traveling or visiting the relies within NZ (or now even internationally), please feel free to contact me! :)

I am a Kiwi but due to my Mum's big career move we left NZ when I was 12years old. So I lived overseas way too long!" With my 3 awesome daughters now grown and living in other countries, I am so excited to be back "Home" in my element caring for pet family's fur-babies and all different "Home Sweet Homes" as I would my own...and loving it!!!" My bubble of pet-families is growing! It's great!

Hence, my focus is on my pet-families' happiness (no distractions or commute) and I enjoy the Northland area from the Doubtless Bay down to Bay of Islands region! I am now concentrating on maintaining happy petfamily relationships more specifically around the KeriKeri area, Haruru, Pahia on up to Coopers Beach/Cable Bay/and Mangonui :)

I have become so closely attached to "my pet-family's fur kids" in the last eight plus years I have been giving TLC to them; 2yrs in the US prior to my return. It's never easy saying good-bye to them all. The families there and now here in NZ that I "sat for" have been so kind as to give me some amazing personal references that I will be happy to forward to my new "Kiwi petfamilies!" I am happy to share! ;-)
Each petsit has been so great and often I've been asked back! I believe this is how it should be in successful happy pet-family/sitter relationships.

Please rest assured that I will treat your petkids as my own; ofcourse! A pure nature lover with a nurturing demeanor who loves to cuddle, go for walks, play, and basically keep the family routine going as close as possible to the "norm."

This is your family! I understand, so my priority is to keep each and every day as close to the pet-kids' comfort zone, with as much love and attention as I can give. I am also known to be neat and tidy, reliable, with good common sense, security conscious, a non-smoker, and a positive care giver with no drama; also happy to water plants or such as needed. I enjoy cleaning so rest assured that everything will be kept neat and tidy. This is what I have been doing full on, and I love it!
As mentioned I am delighted to give as many references as you request! This needs to be a happy set-up for ALL involved! :-)

My background is in Hotel, Resort Guest Services & Concierge Management so open to taking care of your Guest Accommodation / B&B as well if you're needing a reliable experienced stand-in during your break away! ;-)
