We are two friends who met in NZ while travelling, looking for some animal cuddles while we work out here. We are both avid animal lovers and miss our pets from home, while living out here.

Jess:
I have just finished 2 months of travelling around NZ and while I look for a job would love to have some animal interactions. I have experience of looking after lots of different animals, including kittens, puppies and old pets.

Nele:
I have come to NZ on holiday working visa. I stayed for 2 months in Indonesia and now I’m here to work for a bit to enjoy NZ. I have had lots of animals in the past, including horses, rabbits, dogs and hamsters so I’m used to caring for different animals.

Jess was absolutely amazing! From the start, she showed so much care, kindness, and attention to detail. She did everything we asked for and more, always making sure our Mumma and her babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear how much she loves what she does, and her dedication really stood out. We feel so lucky to have had her help and would happily recommend her to anyone, anytime, without a second thought and hopes that she will sit for us again.

Jess did a wonderful job of looking after our house and cat George over the 2024 Xmas break. We met her before the house-sit, which confirmed our impression over the phone that she was the right person. She was friendly and we could see she and George were going to get along fine. Her communication to us and response to our txt messages was fast and reassuring. We highly recommend Jess as a house sitter and would be very pleased to have her look after our place and George again.
