Hi there,

We are Sophie and Chas from Taranaki

Together we are active, healthy, outdoor-loving, and passionate about making good food.

We've recently had a house-sitting job looking after a friendly Shar-Pei Labrador and cuddly Tabby cat in New Plymouth, this has inspired us to get in to more house-sitting whilst taking the opportunity to visit different areas of our beautiful country before we move overseas at the end of the year.

We love animals and both have good experience looking after them growing up, as well as good sense and judgement to ensure they are safe and looked after. As keen routinists we will always remember to tick the boxes of care you require for your pets and household. We both enjoy going for walks and would love to bring a dog or 2 along with us if you'd like us to.

Sophie enjoys reading, interior design and exploring new places. She has experience working in property management running the operations for over 100 holiday properties in Taranaki, you can be sure your house will be in safe, knowledgable hands.

Chas loves to surf, hike and go fishing, He has travelled extensively and loves new places. Has plenty of experience living in other peoples dwellings and making places homely throughout his travels.

Together we offer great comfort to your animals, giving them the same 5 star holiday as what you are hopefully getting at the same time. As active communicators we are happy to keep the lines open so that you can feel relaxed about leaving your loved ones and house in our hands.
