Hello,

we are Julie and Sandor, a couple from Hungary, making our dream come true and living in New Zealand for a year.

We started our adventure in New Zealand with a 3-week dogsitting/housesitting in Rotorua which we enjoyed so much that we decided to continue taking care of pets and homes in this wonderful country.

We both have plenty of experience with dogs and cats. I (Julie) have had dogs for the past 16 years and completed a basic dog trainer course (I can also do clicker training with your dog, which uses positive reinforcement). Together, we took care of a cat for 4 years who chose us as his second family. We also did housesitting in Hungary in the past few years and we are happy to share with you our references.

We will love your pets and care for them as much as you do, following your instructions/routines. We will also take care of your plants and your home, so that when you come home, it will be like you never left. We are happy to send you daily photos and short updates because we know how much you can miss your pets when you are away.

Julie and Sandor house sat for us while we were away for two months. They looked after our air bnb and did a great job at communicating any needs or concerns. They fed and topped up water for our three chickens. They were not responsible for any gardening or lawns but looked after our house well. We wish them all the best and would happily recommend them to other families looking for a house sitter.

Awesome house and pet sitters. Julie and Sandor provided our pets with much care and love whilst we were away and kept us up to date with photos and stories and new things that our young dog had learnt. They clearly cared for and looked after our home as well, and it was immaculate on our return. Can't recommend them highly enough!
