Sharyn & Ray

We live a nomadic lifestyle, having spent 3 years living on a modern 12.5 mtr yacht, sailing around NZ and in 2019 up through Tonga and Fiji. In January 22 we sold her and traveled throughout NZ camping and housesitting until we flew to the UK and picked up our brand new motorhome.
We toured the UK extensively and spent 3 months in Europe. We came back to NZ end of Jan 23 to await our MH which we imported.
We then spent time in NZ with friends and family, housesitting and traveling in our motorhome.
After selling the motorhome we bought a caravan in Australia and are currently traveling and exploring over the ditch.

We will periodically be returning to NZ to visit with family and friends.

We are fit, healthy and active, semi retired, and hope to pick up some housesits in our time back in NZ.

We have a house in East Auckland, which our sons live in and we have owned our own homes for over 20 years. We have always had a cat or two to spoil over that time. One of the hardest things we had to do when we made the choice to move on to our yacht permanently was to re-home our two cats, Ellie and Marley. We were very lucky that a friend who lives on a lifestyle block took them both in and loves them as much as we do. We get photos, videos, updates and visits regularly which we love.
I had a Sydney Silky dog, Benji, growing up and Ray looked after a Golden Lab for a couple of years in his early 20's. We also had a cold water fish tank for a few years.
We miss not having animals around us.
