I am a 70 year old retired Postie. I have been widowed since 2011.
In 2023 I purchased a long held dream to buy a campervan. I have travelled a lot through NZ since then and really enjoyed it and know the need for house sitters. Recently found out the cost of taking a dog to the kennels and realised housesitting is a great option.
I do not own any animals anymore but still love animals - cats more than dogs but for 2-3 weeks I would love it - before the novelty wore off.
I have high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and respect for other people's property. I am a keen gardener and feel the frustration when gardens are not watered and weeded. It would be great to look after others garden.
I had a small Air B and B for five years so understand both sides of the coins.
I am a happy person and don't get flustered easily and there is always a solution to a problem. Go with the flow and would be keen to carry out the owners wishes because it is their home,
