We are Lauren and Grace a non smoking couple from the South of England who love animals and the outdoors. We're spending a year travelling NZ, working as we go and volunteering when we can.

We have plenty of experience house sitting.

Lauren made a four legged friend on a dog borrowing app and they hit it off so well Lauren ended up house sitting for their family (including two cats) for several years.

A few years later in rural Devon we looked after two cottages- home to two cute cats whilst their parents were away for a month each.

We've also got some experience volunteering and taking care of the land. We spent three months volunteering on homesteads in portugal- looking after a mix of cats, dogs, chickens, goats and a friendly pig! (oh and a garden or two).

We love this concept as you get to know and fall in love with animals in their own space, where they feel comfortable and safe.

Grace and Lauren are lovely people and great pet sitters! They were really easy to communicate with and kept us up to date whilst we were away with cute pictures of our happy cats. Our 3 cats warmed up to Lauren and Grace almost immediately and we know they will miss their company. We particularly appreciated how flexible and understanding Lauren and Grace were when a week before the sit we found out one of our cats would require medication and monitoring for any illness during their stay. ... We feel so lucky to have had Grace and Lauren take such wonderful care of our critters while we were away! We came home to both our puppy and kitten as little puddles in their laps - they were so happy, comfortable, and content :) Grace and Lauren were a pleasure to communicate with - we even got some sweet pictures of our fluffs while we were away!
