Hi there!
Housesitting offers a great opportunity for our small family to travel and meet new furry friends on the way. We are a full-time working couple in our late 30s with a 4yo child who live in Nelson.
After a busy period for us recently, we are looking to spend some more family time together and are particularly interested in 2 – 3-night weekend housesits anywhere in the top half of the South Island.
We can look after a variety of animals, plants and gardens. Our pets are beloved members of our family and know that yours are too. They deserve special treatment and care when their humans are away.
Thomas and I have grown up with a variety of pets and farm animals - cats, dogs, birds, rats, mice, guinea pigs, alpacas, cows, sheep, bees and chickens. Malachi is following in our footsteps in sharing our love for animals and is always up for animal encounters, even if it’s just watching a pukeko strut across the grass! Malachi has learnt to be respectful of animals and ensures they always have the space they need to feel comfortable and calm.
We are friendly, conscientious and respectful of others including caring for your property and beloved animals. We aim for clear communication to ensure we are all on the same page in terms of expectations.
We are non-smoking and will only stay in non-smoking places. We are clean and tidy and always ensure places are left that way.
We are looking forward to learning more about your family, pets and home.
