Marine

Hi there! My name is Marine and I am a 25 year old Canadian living in New Zealand for the year. I am currently waiting to transfer my Canadian teaching certification to a NZ certification and hoping to spend my time exploring Christchurch and its neighborhoods in the meantime as this is where I would like to settle down for the year.

I love animals and had quite a few pets growing up (hamsters, birds, turtle, etc.) and did horseback riding for a number of years. Although I never had a cat or dog, most of my friends do and I have often taken care of their pets while they were away. In the past month I have also taken care of a couple of dogs through helpX.

I am happy to take care of plants and gardens as well!
