Originally from Italy, I have been living in NZ - mostly in Nelson - since 2015 and got citizenship in 2022.
I am an active person who loves running, hiking, travelling but also chilling out with good music, a book and a glass of good red wine with dark chocolate. I am renowned for my pizza and tiramisù!
I have been a pet owner and had several previous house and pet sitting experiences in NZ and Europe with cats, dogs, hens. I've also been a canine volunteer at SPCA.
On top of the reviews left by previous owners, I can provide many other references for the house-sitting jobs I have done in the Nelson area because of word-of-mouth..
My next goal is to buy a comfortable van that I can call home while not house-sitting, work for no more than nine months per year and travel overseas for the remaining time.
My references and I can guarantee that a middle aged male can be as a great house sitter as a female, if not better,

Massimo was excellent! He looked after my dogs very well and left the house in great condition. He is a great communicator and was providing me updates. Massimo was an ideal house sitter for us! He communicated when issues came up with the pets, sent us occasional photos, and clearly showed love and care for our animals while we were away.
