Meticulous animal loving family

We are a family of 5, 2 Adults and 3 children.
Jamie is originally from New Zealand; however has resided in Perth, Australia for the last 10 years.
Jamie's 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14 reside in Nelson, New Zealand therefore Jamie returns to New Zealand 4 times a year to spend time with his children. On many of these trips I also travel with Jamie.

In Australia we built our own home and are both very house proud people, non smokers and also animal lovers. We have always had cats and/or dogs in our home ranging from small to large breeds of dogs. At home we currently have one large mixed breed dog (Staffy/Mastiff/Great Dane Mix) and a Ragdoll Cat who are as much our children as our human children are and we miss him dearly when we are visiting New Zealand.

Having lived with animals all our lives a house feels like a home when it is filled with the love and companionship that fur babies provide, which is why we would love to stay in homes with animals when we visit New Zealand and are missing our own fur babies.

In addition to looking after our own home and pets we have been looking after a family members home while they are traveling in the UK for 5 months.

Prior to moving in to our current home I was also a foster carer for a Dog Rescue and at one time had our dog, another Great Dane mix foster dog and 12 foster puppies under 12 weeks old. Unfortunately due to Strata restrictions in Residential Estate we live in now does nor allow for multiple dogs so we were unable to continue with this.

We would be honoured to be able to care for your home and furry or feathered friends and provide them with the love they would be missing from you when you cannot be with them.

We had Jamie come and stay with his 3 very polite and well-behaved children to look after our dog, 2 cats, fish, lizard and frog. Him and his family are all very much animal lovers and we were completely comfortable leaving our pets in their care. He kept us updated while we were away and we were pleased to find the house clean and tidy upon our return. We were very happy with Gemma and Jamie as house-sitters. They kept in touch with us throughout the housesit to ensure we were aware of how things were going.
