My name is Maggie and I am a retired Social Worker. I have been house sitting on and off over the past few years for friends and associates. I enjoy the flexibility it brings and I'm grateful for the experiences and adventures I have. As I don't currently have animals this is a good way to be with them and most animals seem to enjoy my company. I am practical and responsible in others space and very happy to tend to the garden and mow lawns etc. I am a single woman with two adult sons and two grandchildren and enjoy spending time with the younger generation. I like to eat healthy food, exercise and be in nature whether its a beach or a garden . I am available for 121 visits, zoom and phone calls if you wanted to ask me questions or to walk me through any procedures.
We were lucky enough to have Maggie come stay again. and we once again returned home to very clean and tidy house, She had even stripped the bed and washed the bedding and left a full carton of milk and eggs for us! And very importantly, we found our pets very happy and well cared for. It is always such a pleasure having Maggie come to stay. Thanks again Maggie.
Maggie was fantastic, and we hope to have her housesit for us again. She bonded quickly and easily with our animals, including our shy dog. We felt completely at ease knowing she was there. She is a great communicator and we returned home to a lovely clean whare. Highly recommended!
Maggie was our first house sitter and we couldn’t have wished for someone better. She was communicative, thorough and looked after everything as if it was hers. We can’t thank her enough and hopefully will be asking her again in the future.

Maggie recently stayed and looked after our cat for month and was amazing. The house was immaculate, and Zephyr was feed and looked after. Despite our cat being super shy Maggie did everything to ensure he was well cared for while we were away. Great communications throughout the time and we would be more than happy to have Maggie back to house sit and care for Zephyr. Thanks Maggie.

Was so wonderful having Maggie come to stay again! Came home to find happy healthy pets and a lovely clean house, she even stripped the bed and left us with a fresh milk in the fridge! Such a pleasure having Maggie housesit for us. Looking fwd to the next opportunity to do so😁
This was our first foray into Housesitter, and we couldn't have found anyone better than Maggie.
She came for a Meetup before hand, and to get to know the animals, and then when we were away provided great updates and info on the animals.
On our return the house was spotless, beds made, everything tidy, lawns mowed, and some supplies ready for us.
We really appreciated all that Maggie did for us, and would love to have her housesit for us again in the future.
Maggie is an exceptional house and pet sitter and I will definitely be seeking her help again.
The 'pet' is a large, young dog who suffers from separation anxiety. Maggie came a few days before I left and it was obvious a bond was quickly developed with the dog thanks to her skill and patience in communicating with him. He was very well cared for. She even bathed him which is no mean feat with a 37k dog!

Maggie is a true professional. We had no concerns about leaving our house, needy dog, and ageing cat in her care for 6 weeks while we travelled to Europe.
Any niggles that popped up, she was quick to communicate and was always reassuring and mature in her approach and we appreciated her patience with a faulty tap that cropped up while we were away.

We were so lucky to find Maggie, she was everything we were looking for and more!! It was a seamless and stress free holiday for us with Maggie looking after our dog and house so well. Alfie had a great time with lots of little outings and Maggie was very good at keep us informed.
