Nick & Nico

Hey!

My name is Nick, I’m from Germany. I just finished my studies to become a music therapist and now I am traveling.
I think house sitting would be the perfect opportunity for me, to experience life in New Zealand and get to know the people and the culture from a local perspective, not just a touristy one :)
For you, this means you can relax on your time off, as your house is cared for with respect and love.

I am experienced in maintaining a big house with a garden in semi-rural Germany. Also I am experienced in maintaining Pools and Whirlpools.

I have experience in caring for pets (mainly dogs, including senior dogs like Sammy, 17). I have also cared for children through babysitting, working at a clinic for autistic children and by leading youth groups (especially teens, so trust me, I have seen it all :)

I am a very reliable, respectful, animal-loving and tidy person. I will treat your house and pets as if they were my own.

I love music and I am very musical.
I play a few instruments (Drums, Piano, Guitar, Bass) and I sing.
So don’t worry, your house will be filled with good vibes!!

Although I haven’t officially house-sat before, I’m confident I’ll be a great fit since I’m naturally organized, responsible, and enjoy keeping spaces clean and welcoming. At home, I take care of most of the housework, so maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment is second nature to me.

When it comes to animals, I’ve mainly had rabbits, but thanks to my aunt, who’s a vet, I grew up around all sorts of pets and have always loved spending time with them. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and cared for while their owners are away, so I’ll treat them with the same love and attention they’re used to.
