Hi there! We’re Seonie and Brad, a friendly Kiwi couple, starting a fresh new chapter redefining life through #hybrid-retiring and becoming first-time grandparents.

In August 2024, we drew a line in the white sands of Papamoa Beach, left traditional careers behind, and hit the road in our caravan to embrace new adventures.

With Brad’s skills in building, Government contracts and management, and Seonie’s background in admin, file management, and rural living, we’re practical, organised and great with people and animals.

We own property in both short term rental (airbnb) AND long term tenanted- so have a vivid and working understanding of what it takes to own and manage property.

Our experience caring for animals and managing properties makes us your preferred choice for looking after your home, lifestyle block, or orchard.

Passionate about exploring new places and meeting wonderful people and animals, we’re reliable, resourceful, and ready for anything.

We look after your pets or animals as you would- if they’re allowed on beds and furniture- that’s fine with us. If discipline and boundaries is the norm- then we gladly uphold your rules,
