Hello!
We are a family of three - me, my husband Walda and our 2-year-old baby girl Rosie. We were all born in the Czech Republic, but me and Walda travelled a lot before Rosie was born. We've lived in Ireland and in New Zealand for a year.
About us: We are in our thirties, both civil engineers (we've met at the university). We enjoy outdoor trips, camping, animals and plants.
We love spending time with animals, but we also respect their boundaries. We are tidy, responsible and we make it our priority to spend time and bond with the pets we are caring for, so that they don't feel sad during the absence of their family.
While we love to pet-sit, we also know how important it is for home owners to have someone responsible to look after their house and property. So we always make sure your home stays in order the way you are used to.
This was the 1st time we had used a house sitter so not sure what to expect. Marketa & Waldemar were amazing, from the 1st online meeting we were impressed with them both. Fantastic communication through out the experience. We had the pleasure of meeting them before the house sit which put us both at ease. The house was left immaculate and they cared for our dog Zoe very well and sent us regular updates. Would definitely use them again if we ever had the opportunity and highly recommend them ... MORE
We were so lucky to have Marketa & Waldemar house sit for us while we were overseas for almost 3 weeks. Their communication was top notch leading up to the house sit and during, and we were very grateful for the photos they sent while we were away of our pets not missing us at all! We came home to a beautifully clean house and pool, and very relaxed dogs, who seemed to be looking for them after they had gone. We would highly recommend this lovely couple to look after your home and pets.
Marketa and Waldemar looked after our house and animals as if they were their own. Communication was great and we felt we had left everything in very capable and loving hands. It was such a relief to have Marketa and Waldemar looking after our home and pets while we were away. They left everything exactly as we had it, even going the extra mile to wash and replace the sheets and towels they used before their departure. Their care for our dog was especially appreciated—they even took him for a walk in the rain before we returned! It's clear they treated our home and pets with great respect and kindness.
