Zach

Hello there! I'm Zach, an Equine Therapies Educator with a background as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist. My career has taken me from pediatric clinics, working with babies and children, to my current focuses of working on horses and teaching growing practitioners. Having lived and taught across Sweden, Ireland, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand, I've gained a deep appreciation for various ways of life around the world. Although I didn’t grow up here, I feel most at home in New Zealand (after being “stuck” here through the 2020-2022 era!)

As I transition from a whirlwind of a teaching schedule over the past couple of years to a slower, more sustainable pace, I see this platform as a perfect opportunity to intentionally explore potential pockets of NZ to settle in long-term. I bring kindness, diligence, tidiness, and a generally easygoing demeanor to my work. Honesty is paramount to me, and I value the openness of this platform, which seems to really be founded on integrity and kindness between sitters and hosts. I'm thrilled to experience some unique homestays while caring for your beloved companions here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
