Jane & Paul

We are are looking for another house sit in New Zealand for Feb/March 2025. Earlier this year we were in Paraparaumu with a lovely little dog and his friend, the cat! More recently I spent some lovely spring days walking on the beaches in and along the Kapiti coast with Taco. And we also housesat with two wonderful dogs in Christchurch. We are reliable easy going, clean, tidy & sensible semi-retired English couple with children and grandchildren in England, Sweden & New Zealand. We have left at home our beautiful five year old yellow Labrador/Retriever cross and have just lost our wonderful black 14 year old Lab. We have always owned and cared for dogs and chickens and ponies & a large garden of our own, so we are very used to looking after animals and plants. We will look after your home and your animals as if they were our own in a kind, caring & respectful way.
We are both very happy to do either regular long or short walks or just potter around the house and garden. We are more than capable of feeding cats, chickens, sheep or other livestock and prefer the countryside to the town. We love a view of fields, mountains or the sea and are mostly happy to chill at home &/or do a few sights.
