Hi there,

My name is Holly, a responsible and experienced house sitter. Growing up on a small lifestyle block, I’ve been an animal lover from the very beginning. Our animal family included two cats, a faithful boxer dog Max, a horse, and several chickens (including a pair of cheeky roosters). Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to care for an interesting range of other animals, from goldfish to goats!

Currently, I’m a postgraduate student and marketer who enjoys the wholesome joys in life: food, photography, travel, and nature walks. Me and my partner George are new to Kiwi House Sitters (joined this October), but we have pet-sat for family and friends. We love house-sitting as a way to meet hosts, animals, and travel around New Zealand for the next few months.

We understand that pets are family, with unique needs and personalities. During your holiday, we’ll do our upmost to give them the care, companionship, and attention they deserve, and keep in regular contact with you. We are reliable, clean, and tidy by habit and happily maintain gardens and lawns.

Some of our pet-sits include:

Dunedin: 2 dogs, ~2 weeks
Queenstown: no pets, ~1 week
Tauranga: one spaniel, ~2 weeks
Whanganui: no pets, ~1 week
Mangaweka: sheep, chickens, a cat ~4 days
Dunedin: one Jack Russel, ~1 month and 3 weeks
