Mixing housesitting, pet minding, garden maintenance, I blend my lifestyle with you and your requirements.

I prefer to live in your house and care for your pets, plants and look after your home.
As I am a non-smoker, I prefer homes where smoking is not permitted inside.
During the day I enjoy a game of croquet at your local club, or a walk with your dog, or just chill with your pets. My interests are slow stitching, watercolour and acrylic painting, reading, mah Jong, jigsaws and knitting. I don’t go out in the evening.
Have looked after: cats, dogs,chickens, ducks, fertile eggs, pregnant ewes, chooks, goats and birds, cattle, cows and farm dogs. I did own a part share in a canal boat but sold just before COVID-19..
I belong to Aussie and Kiwi Housesitters websites.
I don’t look after pets or animals that need medication.

We were very happy with Brenda as a house sitter. She was able to resolve issues that arose with our spa, chooks and sheep making for a worry free holiday. It was lovely to come home to jam and beetroot made from produce in garden, a happy cat, chooks and sheep, and our house and property well cared for. We also appreciated regular updates provided from Brenda during the sit. We would not hesitate to recommend Brenda as a house sitter or invite her to stay again.

This was our first petsitter and we were naturally a bit apprehensive, but we met Brenda first, and felt very comfortable with her. Brenda is so lovely and caring and nothing is too much trouble for her. Our furbabies were well cared for and we appreciated the photos and updates. It was lovely to come home to a clean, tidy house and 2 happy cats. I would highly recommend Brenda and will definitely use her services again!!

We have had several house sitters over the last 2 years. They have all been absolutely great but Brenda comes out top. She loved our very human attention demanding cat Ludo, looked after our house and plants and left everything immaculate. Great communication . We would have her back in a heart beat.

We had Brenda house sit for us in August while we were away visiting family. She took excellent care of our home, pets, house plants and garden. Brenda also was an excellent communicator, giving us updates every couple of days. We returned home to a sparkling clean home, happy pets and plants and even to a prepared meal in the freezer! Brenda really did go the extra mile with her housesitting and we will be booking her again for future house sits. A Highly recommended house sitter

We had a chat over the phone and instantly felt secure with our decision to book them as our four week housesitters while we were overseas. They downloaded WhatsApp for us so we could keep in regular contact with photos and adventure news. Brenda and Murray house sit for while we went away for the weekend. We received updates on how our furbabies were getting on while we were away, which we really appreciated. Their communication was great and we knew exactly what was going on, greatly appreciated. The house was spotless when we got home, We would highly recommend Brenda and Murray to house sit and pet sit with out any hesitation. We wish them both well for the future travels.

Brenda and Murray looked after our house, cat, hens and took care of our pot plants. It was great to have them at our house, esp. looking after Pippy the cat. We returned home to a clean house, a happy cat, and a cooked dinner. We also enjoyed a few games of 500 with them! Thoroughly recommended.
