Hi all!
I am an Australian, living in NZ for a few years now. Recently I have decided to take time off to slow-travel the country, before I head back to Aus. permanently.
I adore animals (particularly cats), and see housesitting as a wonderful opportunity to have the rewarding pet experience whilst still having my travelling lifestyle. I enjoy getting out to explore, but I also have quiet, creative hobbies for when pet situations may require me to spend more time indoors.
I am a clean, uncluttered, respectful person, and will leave your house as I found it. Quiet, and mature. Non-smoker. Non-partier. I have my own transport.
My preference is to try to visit potential housesits beforehand, so that we all feel comfortable with the situation (especially for longer sits), though sometimes this isn't always possible. Once committed, I am 100% reliable, so no last minute cancellations.

Stacey was a wonderful pet/house sitter. She kept in touch with us and sent photos to reassure us that the cat was happy. She looked after our home so well; in fact you could hardly tell that she had been here, and the cat didn't seem very excited to see us when we got home! I would highly recommend her.
Our sincere thanks to Stacey for the high level of care she provided for our 2 dogs and our home. We felt 100% confident we were leaving our dogs (not even 1 year old) in safe hands to be able to go overseas for 2 weeks. We received regular communications and photos on how they dogs were doing, from exercising outside to eating and sleeping. Stacey was amazing. Stacey looked after Bambi so well. She was happy and healthy on our return. Stacey kept our home clean and tidy. Felt Stacey kept the house better than I do. Stacey was amazing. Regular updates and photos of our dog. The house was immaculate when we got home. Very professional, friendly, and good with communication.
Stacey was a reliable, mature and capable housesitter. The house was in perfect condition on my return and my furbabes had been very well looked after, despite their little quirks. She communicated well and kept me up to date with the happenings. I would be very happy to have her as a housesitter again and would highly recommend her for future housesits.
Make sure the garden and pot plants are thriving when you get back - get a house sitter.
