Hi, I am an ESOL (English) teacher of 20 years or so, Raised in Auckland, lived in Dunedin and overseas. Now working and living in Wellington.

I'm very fond of animals (have lived with cats, dogs, guinea pigs and goldfish and have also taken care of a couple of sheep and a few hens in my time!) I am tidy, clean, reliable and respectful of other people's property & space. I enjoy walking in nature, and my own company, quietly reading a book or watching a movie. I'm also a bit of a greenie and have always been into recycling & composting.

A non smoker, I have done house sits on the North Shore in Auckland for the past few Summers, visiting elderly family members there. Last Summer I was in Dunedin and Central Otago.

Recently semi-retired I have more flexibility for house sit timing now 😎

We were so lucky and grateful to have Carolyn looking after our cat and house while we were on holiday. Her communication was great both before and during the sit, including updates on how it was all going. We felt totally comfortable knowing our wee girl was getting lots of love and attention, plus the house was spotless on our return. Carolyn is just one of those people that you can trust 100%
