Reliable ex-professionals, we are animal-loving home bodies. We are recently retired, with plenty of time to give to your beloved pets. We’ve owned cats and dogs in the past and we hope to in the future, once we are settled again. Over the years, we have also looked after many pets for our neighbours and friends.
We love going for walks: it’s our main form of exercise now. We also enjoy reading or watching TV – activities that are only enhanced with a puss cat or pooch to settle in with. We are experienced gardeners, and happy to tend to gardens, lawns and houseplants. We are non-smokers.

You’re in good hands with Wendy and Tura. They are incredibly conscientious and took wonderful care of my house, garden and Big Ben! The details they went to were amazing! They took such good care of my aging cat who requires more care now due to his age. I arrived home to beautiful flowers and a gift. Thanks Wendy and Tura. Wendy and Tura looked after our dog, cat, and lorikeet while we were in Australia. They are both lovely, kind people and very trustworthy. Our animals have a few special requirements but they were very well cared for and loved while we were away. Our shy rescue dog was also very comfortable with them which says a lot to us. Wendy and Tura were the most amazing house-sitters and I would recommend them to anyone. Our most important issue was the care of our 2 cats. Not only did they do this 100%, but the cats totally fell in love with them. It was so good to be able to be overseas and not fret about our furry babies. The garden and grounds were kept in perfect condition and Wendy started numerous seedlings for me to plant out once I got home. Wendy is a gem of a woman and I'm so glad she decided to come all the way from New Zealand to take care of my place and my cat, Mai Mai. I received plenty of photos while I was OS, which is always a great comfort. The place was lovely and tidy on my return and the house plants and Mai were happy and healthy.
