We are a retired couple, non smokers, now living in Nelson after travelling and living in Fiji for several years.

We can garden, do some maintenance if required and of course give love to your animals. We know how precious your pets are and we respect that, and of course respect your home too.

We had many housesitters looking after our house in Fiji and darling dog while we travelled, so we know what we as home owners expected from sitters. We have had some wonderful sitters and like to be on the other side of this arrangement too.

We are adaptable and quick to learn and we consider it a huge privilege to be trusted to live in someones home and to care for their pets. We will follow your instructions in caring for your pets and your home. We assure you, all will be in good and caring hands should we be chosen to house sit. We are good at DIY and can cope with the unexpected, but always ask the house owner before fixing anything. Gardening is OK too, we have a very small garden in Nelson, but when we were in Fiji we had room to experiment with fruit and vegies.

We lived in Nelson NZ for many years and have now returned permanently, but other locations are good for us too.We have a car in Nelson so transport is not a problem. We dont have pets here because we spend part of every year overseas, between May and October, mostly in Turkey where we have annual house sitting commitments, so are not available for NZ sits then.

We have references from other house sits in Nelson, Christchurch, Sydney, and different parts of Turkey, involving dogs, cats, chickens, horses, ducks, turkeys and even sea gulls! Life is an adventure and a challenge that we enjoy.
