I love house sitting, looking after people's pets and their homes as if they were my own. I enjoy a clean home and I'm very house-proud so I enjoy keeping your home beautifully clean as if it were my own. When you return, your home will feel just as it did when you left it and your fur babies will be well loved and cuddled.
I work from home as a relationship manager so all I need is a good internet connection. I am happy to stay at home if that is where your pet needs me to be! After coronavirus, I am finding lots of dogs have separation anxiety so I'm happy to give them that extra love and attention.
I have recently returned to NZ after living in Melbourne. It was an easy choice to become a house sitter because I love animals, having always owned cats and dogs, and of course fish, rats and budgies. I am confident with farm animals too, collecting eggs, and moving sheep and cattle if you have a lifestyle block. I have yet to mind horses but show me how and I will do it!
I have been an avid gardener and enjoy keeping a clean and tidy home. I am a non-smoker. I feel relaxed and comfortable reading, enjoying photography, doing handcrafts, and walking an hour everyday to keep fit and healthy, a habit I got into when walking my own dogs.
I really look forward to meeting you and promise I will take care of your pets, your animals and your home as if they were my own. Whether you live in a city or on a farm, I would love to "home" sit for you so you can go away and relax knowing that your home and precious animals are in safe hands.
Sharon was the best. She did a fabulous job looking after our boy, Duke, and he obviously loved her, based on the extended welcome he gave her when we met the day after she had departed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharon to housesit your home. Sharon looked after my 10yr Bichon Gemma for 12 days this was my first experience with kiwi house sitters and I'm already arranging another trip. sharon posted photos and kept me updated while away, the house was clean on my return and plants well looked after. Gemma was sad on the second to last day as she saw Sharon packing and cleaning and was wondering what was going on didn't want her to leave. thank you again Sharon

I cannot rate Sharon highly enough. I came home to a very happy cat and my home was perfectly cared for.
I have in the past been very anxious about going away and leaving Noodle, but with people like Sharon around I now feel comfortable about taking the odd break away.

Sharon was an absolute star! Although we only had her for 2 days, everything was impeccable. Our labradoodle absolutely adored her and she took great care of him and the house. She texted us both days and provided good updates. To top it all, she's just such a NICE person and we had a ball talking to her. Highly highly recommend - you can't find a better person to care for your home and your furry family!
Sharon was a fantastic sitter. I think my cat would have rather she stayed on than got me and my boys back. The animals were well looked after and so was the house. Sharon was great at communicating and I would highly recommend.
Sharon was a wonderful housesitter and I could tell Pippin really liked her as he sleeps on her bed now!

Sharon has been a wonderful find. She had sat for us twice and we would recommend her without any reservations. She has a lovely warm confident caring personality and it is clear the pets and house are in capable friendly hands.
Sharon was an excellent choice as a house sitter. The dogs were very healthy and happy when we returned home, as were the hens. The house was spotless and communication excellent. We are very happy to welcome Sharon anytime.
Absolutely loved having Sharon help us take care of Muffin. She was friendly, well prepared, and definitely had lots of experience housesitting! She asked the necessary questions and left our house immaculate when she left. Really appreciate how easy she made the entire process and what great care she took of Muffin. It has been so lovely having Sharon stay at our home, she has been thoughtful and considerate and I appreciated the messages and pictures to let me know the dogs had welcomed her into our home. Our house was left in a immaculate condition and the dogs happy and well loved.
Sharon was a fab house sitter, and respected our home as if it were her own. On returning from our holiday the house was spotless, Jazz was happy and communication throughout was great. What more could you ask. We'd recommend Sharon and hope to reconnect again in the future.

I can 100% vouch for Sharon as very reliable, considerate, attentive and responsible house sitter. Sharon did take care of cat, plants and house as it was her own house, communicated every second day reporting what was going on with cat and house.
