Pooja & Sameer

We are an easy going, responsible and disciplined couple who love nature, animals & meeting new people. We are respectful, caring, loving, and believe in simple living. We are Australian Permanent Residents, and do not require a work visa in NZ.

We've been Helpx-ing across North Island including house & pet sitting over the past 2+ months. New to this platform, we are now looking forward to house/pet sitting that will allow us to pursue our other hobbies such as studying/reading, editing, writing, painting & also slow travel across the beautiful region - all while living with animals & taking care of gardens, house & pets. So far, we have experience with taking care of dogs (both large & small), cats, a few sheep and feeding the cows.

Pooja - Lively, Dancer, Easy-going, passionate about cooking different cuisines (vegetarian & eggs), adventurous, loves to play chess & boardgames, paints (acrylic-on-canvas), loves gardening, and simply adores cats

Sameer - A good sense of humor, loves music, a trekker, passionate about film making & photography/videography/editing, easy-going & peace loving, sings, loves gardening, loves cats, dogs and all animals!

We are committed, responsible, disciplined, non-smokers and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We also practice yoga, are vegetarians, and most importantly, we are clean, tidy and organized.

Both of us are well traveled and have lived and worked in 5 countries.

The food was outstanding and a big part of the cultural exchange. Sameer produced videos and photos that will keep me going on social media for many months.
