Hi, I'm a very clean, tidy, responsible, mature, non-smoking lady. I will not be partaaying in your house!
I enjoy housesits with pets but am also happy if you are looking for someone to be in your house for security, to water plants etc.
Having grown up on a farm I love all animals. I've often been left to manage the family farm, looking after cattle, sheep, working dogs, pig dogs, ducks, a cat or two, and the odd pukeko! I'm very capable and able to deal with most problems that might crop up. I'm also experienced with indoor-only cats.
I'll look after your home and pets as if they were my own - keep the house clean and tidy, bring in mail, and keep in touch by text/email/whatsapp if required. I'm happy to water plants but prefer not to mow lawns or weed gardens (although this can be negotiated for longer sits).
I'm a real homebody and would prefer somewhere quiet where I can chill and work from home (would need unlimited wifi).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeannie for anyone wanting a kind, caring, 'in-tune', experienced and trustworthy person to look after their home/furry family members. Jeannie was incredible with communicating the daily activities of the wee furry bambinos (keeping the non-furry Mama confident and stress free whilst away). Jeanie was great but our property may have been too remote for her. Luckily our neighbours are sociable. She was extra clean but unfortunately didn’t ask me an out getting rid of a the water I had stored for emergencies but I can replace it . It would have been great to have been asked first. Again city people may not be aware of the need for electricity to operate rural properties and we are sometimes without electricity it for days or weeks. She was a great pet sitter so I am most grateful.

Jeannie took great care our cats and home while we were away and even stayed a little bit longer as we were stuck overseas. This was our first time using a house sitter and Jeannie made the all process a breeze. We came back to a very tidy home with two happy cats. Highly recommended and we will not hesitate a seconde to have Jeannie housesit for us again.

The vegetable garden and plants were all well looked after. The house was immaculate when we got home. Communication was excellent. Jeannie took great care of my very fussy cat and two chickens, and went beyond what was expected in terms of feeding them. She kept my many indoor and outdoor plants alive at a very dry time of the year, and dealt to mail and parcels. Communication was clear and helpful at all times. It was wonderful to come home to washing on the line and a clean, tidy house.
