We are in our 50s and have 2 kids, a 19 year old girl and 23 year old boy. We have our own business and are able to work remotely.

We lived on a lifestyle block near Hamilton for 15 years and are happy to consider country or town sits. Experienced with horses, ponies, sheep, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, tropical and coldwater fish. Happy to give animal medication or treatments and to manage supplementary feeds, be there for farrier or vet visits etc. Less experienced with cattle but could manage for shorter sits. Also used to managing septic tank, bore, water pumps, wood burner.

Since moving into town we have fewer animals, but still have 2 cats and a well trained Lab/American bulldog cross who we walk in both off lead and onlead areas. Luckily the kids are happy to look after them while we do housesits!

Catherine has green fingers and can look after both indoor plants and outdoor gardens.

We both have full clean driver's licenses and Connor is pretty good with a ride-on mower! We are non smokers.

We have had sitters at our own place, so we know how important it will be for you that we take good care of everything and treat your house and animals as well as you do.

We would need fast internet access and preferably good cellphone reception for longer sits.
