Kia Ora!

My name is Naomi and I am looking forward to spending some time with your animals and/or plants.

I recently returned from several years overseas where I did a Working Holiday in Latvia, and backpacked around the Balkans looking after pigs, chickens, cats, dogs and local grandmothers who wanted company!
I've been working in youth hostels in my time in Europe and I am now coming home to return to my role in the Ministry of Justice.

I am an extrovert but I am also a homebody - I spend most of my spare time playing video games, or writing.
In my spare time when I go out I do comedy shows (as a comedian) and I am learning to dance swing and salsa.

Part of the appeal in housesitting for me is that I have always grown up around animals - I don't like being truely alone! It's nice to know you've got company that won't leave dirty dishes in the sink

I can offer you a few things;
* I will leave your house cleaner than I found it and ensure there is fresh milk and bread for you when you get home.
* I have housesat in New Zealand, Australia, Germany and Lithuania and am active on other sites such as Nomador and Trusted House Sitters, and I am able to provide external references upon request.
* I'm happy to adhere to rules regarding food. If you're a vegetarian I won't bring meat into your home if you request it etc.
* I know what it takes to keep house and home and yours will be in great hands!
