I am a trustworthy, patient, kind, caring, tidy person who loves the natural environment, and animals.
Sadly, I am unable to have pets of my own, due to current residency requirements :-( However, I have looked after the fur-babies of family, friends, and acquaintances, many times. I have also had cats and dogs myself, in previous times. ;-( Thankfully, I have now met some lovely pet owners who have been happy for me to temporality adopt their fur babies :-D
While I like mowing lawns, I will be up front and say I am not much of a gardener, though I do keep my own small, easy-care garden, as tidy as my home ;-)
I like to live in a calm, peaceful environment so I keep my own home clean/tidy, and treat other peoples' homes with the same courtesy, consideration, and respect, as can be seen by the reviews I have received, to date, on this site.
Please note: I am undertaking study again, and will only house/pet-sit outside Marlborough during school holidays. I am available for longer sits outside Marlborough from the beginning of November to the beginning of February.

Sharon was fantastic. She kept us informed of important looking mail and sent pictures of flowers in our garden. She also took care of some minor wind damage in the vege garden. We came home to a lovely clean house with everything in order.
We highly recommend Sharon and would be more than happy to have her house sit for us again.
This was our second time we had Sharon come to stay and look after Jessie and our home, and once again she didn't disappoint. Prompt / friendly communications throughout, daily updates with what was happening back at home. Jessie certainly gets spoilt with plenty of walks, attention and treats. Our home was left extremely tidy, and it was lovely to see Sharon on our return home for a chat and a debrief. Thanks again, we really appreciate it.

Sharon did a great job of looking after our fur babies. They loved all the attention and cuddles. Communication was fantastic with daily updates and photos.
Sharon is an absolute ‘find’.
Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our family holiday in full confidence that our much adored 12 year old Spoodle Molly was being really well cared for.
Sharon took the time to meet us at home about a month prior and was open to sleeping over the night before our very early departure for Fiji.

We were a little nervous being first time users of Kiwi House Sitters, however these disappeared very quickly following our first communication with Sharon. We did a meet and greet with Sharon prior to our holiday and she was absolutely lovely and boxer Jessie adored her. During out time away, Sharon kept in regular contact with us regarding the adventures she and Jessie had. Sharon was great, keeping us up to date on Baxter and Miss Molly. It was lovely to come home and see them happy and well cared for and the house clean and tidy. Would recommend Sharon and hopefully if we go away again she will be available for us, cheers and Thank you Sharon
I highly recommend Sharon. My cat was well cared for and the house was clean and tidy. Sharon also went the extra mile to make me some dinner for my homecoming.
Sharon was a godsend at time when I found myself in urgent need of a house sitter. During the house sit Sharon communicated regularly with me often sending photos, videos and amusing stories of her day looking after my dog Aussie and my cat Judy.
After 5 weeks away I returned to a sparkling clean home and two very happy fur babies.
To be honest I can't recommend Sharon highly enough and I wouldn't hesitate in inviting her back for all my future house sits should be available.
Sharon is truly the most wonderful house sitter. If I could choose more than five stars for some of these I would! She shows so much love to all animals and nothing is ever a bother. As usual Sharon excelled all our expectations. Bonnie got all her meds as required, and even Sharon & a friend who also has a dog went to a dog friendly cafe to have a coffee. We got an email each day written by

Sharon as usual was just amazing with our 14yr Poochon
Bonnie. We got texts every day saying good morning in a woof woof dog language which made us laugh. Also photos of Sharon with Bonnie asleep on her lap. I think they were both having an afternoon nap.

Sharon was a pleasure to deal with before and during her stay with house, providing great regular updates and adapting to the needs of our pooch. Extremely friendly and flexible when my partner ended up needing to change plans as well.
Sharon more than capably looked after our house and wee dog Tilly for 4 weeks for which we are very grateful for . Sharon kept us fully informed of things that were happening while we were away including the sudden rain and thunderstorm that brought flash flooding to our area . What an amazing house/pet sitter Sharon is. We got emails every day telling us what had happened thru the day with the animals and the weather. I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon, and our neighbour told us they had some good chats together. The do9s greeted us as we expected on our arrival back, but if they could speak they were probably saying "where's Sharon". Thanks so much we really appreciated you.
We couldn't have asked for a better house and sitter
for our wee dog Tilly than Sharon We met her before our trip and felt very comfortable with her and confident that she would take care of our place like it was her own. Sharon in charge of our pets and home was the best choice we could ever have made. Sharon was brilliant in every aspect. Our home was perfect, our pets were well and happy, despite showing Sharon they are very clever and creative. Our dog PepeI 14 yrs old and misses us dreadfully however he was very attached to Sharon when we returned.
