Now that Trevor and I are pretty much retired, apart from some relief teaching I do at our local school, we are enjoying spending more time with family and maintaining our home and gardens alongside a beautiful trout stream in the Rotorua area. In the warmer months we enjoy traveling NZ either in our caravan or recently, looking after people's homes and pets, while our caravan has a rest!
We were the loving owners of 5 German shepherds over time, 2 of which we rescued. When our last shepherd (Jesse) died aged 15, we decided it was time to be pet free although now we often dog-sit our sons' dogs - Savvy, a rescued ridgeback/ lab cross and Blue who is a gorgeous little Blue Heeler.
We are a reliable, sensible couple who would respect your home and property as well as caring for your beloved pets.
