We have both grown up on a farm, and my late husband and I built an off grid recycled home in an eco village/papakainga; we have done the house truck renovation and also built a tiny home. We are confident with horses, feeding out, using quads, ride on, are practical problem solvers, confident and capable.

Kia Ora, I work from home, and have a home in rural mid central of the North Island, and we have a home in CHCH where we currently live while my daughter (previously homeschooled) attends college. We have a wholistic, strengths based approach to life and value the sanctuary of home, and living in harmony with others and our environment. We have been involved in process of transformation, healing and building community. My daughter is a very grounded, respectful and capable person who loves animals as I do. We have an excellent home education/work routine, which takes us outdoors a lot, and I am a reliable, honest, skilled.
I understand the importance of being able to find the right people to entrust the care of your home, and furry family members - as this is also very important to me.
Depending on the dates, and my availability, my daughter, may or may not be with me.

Highly recommend Wai as a housesitter and carer for animals. She took great care of our dogs, provided regular updates and left the home absolutely spotless. We only wished she lived closer so we could see her more regularly.

I cannot fault the way Wai looked after Bobby and Walnut while I was away recently. The dogs were obviously spoilt and were very happy and relaxed when I came home. Wai communicated well, sending photos and videos regularly, which was super. When Walnut was off colour, she didn't hesitate and took him to the vet to be checked over. I really appreciated that.
