Hello! I am Mullein from the UK currently solo travelling and would love the opportunity to explore the country while taking care of your home and pets!

**Update: My mum is currently visiting me until the end of January but we will definitely be open to housesitting during that time!


Since March I have been WWOOFing in NZ, gardening (lots of weeding!) and looking after animals from dogs to alpacas. There have been times when the hosts had to travel out of town for a couple of nights and trusted me to look after the house and pets. Other than that I have plenty of experience looking after friends and neighbours pets.


I grew up with a beautiful dog, mix between a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Border Collie so safe to say I’m used to energetic long walks with lots of attention.

I am very respectful, clean and good with animals. I’ll go above and beyond to meet your pets needs.

Mullein & Jeannie are our ideal housesitters. Relaxed about the home, interested and engaged with the pets, reliable communicators and each brought a positive attitude. Also our old-style kitchen does not have all the mod cons but it works for us, and Mullein & Jeannie were just happy and excited to make pancakes there, so that was a good fit. Nice to meet you both, best wishes for the rest of your travels!

Mullein was a delight to meet and have to take care of our home and dog. Her care of Toro, our big hairy black dog, was exemplery and on our return it was obvious they had really enjoyed esch other's company. He looked very happy and well cared for and Mullein had sent updates and photos while we were away.
