We are an energetic couple of mature New Zealanders, and extremely well-trained housesitters! Over the past 15 years we've lost count of the number of homes we've looked after, dogs walked, hens or horses fed and watered, sheep moved, cats cuddled, gardens watered and lawns mowed etc. We used to house sit because we lived overseas and needed somewhere to stay on return visits to NZ. We now live in our own home in the Wairarapa. These days we love house/pet sitting and garden caring, because it gives us the chance to spend time in different parts of NZ and other countries, getting to know regions and areas well, and meeting some fabulous homeowners and their furry or feathered families.

We know it's a big undertaking to entrust your home to the care of someone you don't know and understand your concerns. Some people whose homes we have cared for have let us know when they returned, that the "cats didn't even miss us" or "our dog is still waiting around for the interesting kind of walks you took her on"! We assure you we will care for your home and 'families' as if they were our own. You will see several references from house owners to confirm this, attached to this profile.
