I do book up quite quickly based on referrals and regular clients, so I suggest booking fast if you are interested.

I am seeking 1 week or longer housesits within the greater Tauranga region ONLY.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

My name is Adele and I grew up in the Rotorua region but have spent most of my adult life living overseas, largely in Canada. I love adventure and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy being curled up watching Netflix or reading a good book.

I love animals and have been around them all my life. I rode horses in my younger years and as a family we had cats and fish growing up. I have experience with: Dogs, cats, horses, fish, ducks, and chickens specifically. However, open to caring for any pets/animals.

Please ask if you have specific requirements for your pets such as medication, dogs being let out during the day etc.

I also enjoy getting outside when I have the time and going for bike rides in the redwoods or hiking new trails while enjoying the company of my friends.

I previously worked as a nanny and newborn care specialist, so I can assure you that I am reliable, trustworthy, and no stranger to being in a new home. I respect the privacy within your home and I also treat your animals and home with love and respect as if they were my own.

Open communication and honesty are important to me when sitting for you. We don't have to keep in touch every day, but I am happy to check in with you, so you know your animals are happy and safe. Let me know what level of communication works for you.
Occasionally accidents happen, as is the nature with pets and a home. I act responsibly and ensure you are informed along the way - through communication and honesty.
I have a great sense of humour and find the positive or humour in any of these situations.

I prefer to meet or have a phone call pretty quickly after the initial message (if suitable to both parties) to get the dates locked in, that way you can relax knowing it's all sorted and due to the high number of requests it prevents any potential of double booking and waiting around.
