Promoting myself on a website is new to me as house/animal sitting assignments have always been word of mouth.
Shortly ( Nov. 2023) I plan to do some travel (indefinitely) in my motorhome with my pup and thought some house/animal sitting would be a good way to see the country and help out people who want a holiday and would rather keep their pets in their familiar environment.
Having owned and lived on lifestyle blocks for 40 years I know how difficult it is to get away worrying about the care of your babies.

I have owned horses, dogs, cats, chooks, beefies, house cows and calves.
For 30ish years I had horses and was involved in many and varied disciplines - average rider but definitely qualified to stable, rug, feed and all the usual things involved with owning horses.
The dogs have mostly been medium - large but I have looked after small dogs as well. My current pup is a Springer Spaniel x Standard Poodle who gets a daily walk and loves swimming. She is VERY friendly and loves playing with other dogs. No aggression at all.
I am a very practical person and therefore I'm sure I would have no problem with most animals given a bit of instruction.
I am keen to consider any length of stay other than really short ones - less than about 1 week.
References available would be for jobs over the last 2 years since I have been living in town. These have been for dogs only and a few goldfish!
Needless to say, your home will be left as tidy and clean as I found it!
